This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the data collected (“Collected Data”) by or on behalf of Incremental Resources LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company doing business as Sign Sentiments (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and its vendors through this website (“Site”), and how Collected Data is used and shared. If you have questions or concerns about this Policy, please contact us.
By using the Site, you agree on behalf of yourself and any organization that you represent (together, “you”) that you have read and understand this Policy. We may modify this Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Material changes will be conspicuously posted on the Site or otherwise communicated to you. By using the Site after changes are posted, you agree to those changes.
We Collect Data You Provide
Personal Data. You can visit the Site without providing data that personally identifies you. If you elect to provide data that is identifiable to you as an individual (“Personal Data”) personally identifies you, such as your name, email and mailing address, phone number, driver’s license number, payment data, or tax identification number, we will collect and use it pursuant to this Policy and applicable law.
Personal Data is required to use certain Site features, for example, to book a party, contact us via email or our Contact Us form (where we may retain the content of your message and our response), submit job application materials, receive or request data from us, and respond to communications from us (e.g., surveys and promotional offers).
Order & Payment Data. To make purchases through the Site, you must submit your name, credit or debit card type, number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. All credit and debit card data are provided directly to our PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not directly access, handle, or store your credit or debit card data. We may maintain a record of your purchases through the Site. We store your payment card’s last four digits to facilitate future orders. We collect tax identification numbers if you submit one for tax-exempt purposes.
Marketing Communications; Blog. If you opt in to receive marketing communications from us (e.g., our mailing list or updates to our blog), you must submit your name, and email address. We use this data to provide you with promotional and other electronic and hard copy communications. We may use third-party providers to deliver communications to you. You may opt out of receiving such email marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in the applicable email or contacting us at privacy@signsentiments.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. To opt out of other forms of marketing, such as postal marketing or telemarketing, please contact us. Opting out of marketing communications does not opt you out of communications related to your account or transactions.
Job Application Materials. To submit job application materials, you may complete the application form available on our Site. If you submit job application materials, we may use the contents to evaluate your qualifications and respond to you. Submission of materials does not require us to review them or consider you for employment.
Sweepstakes & Contests. We may offer sweepstakes or contests. To participate you must submit certain data, which may include your name, email, organization name and type, phone number, physical address, and other Personal Data. Data collected via sweepstakes and contests will be (i) used to contact you with promotional and related communications, (ii) shared with third-party vendors, and (iii) subject to additional terms as set forth in the applicable rules provided to you at such time.
User-Generated Content. You are responsible for any comments, data, text, images, video, audio, and other content and material you create, post, transmit, upload, publish, distribute, broadcast, submit, or otherwise provide via the Site, including by commenting on blog posts or on our social media platforms (collectively, “User-Generated Content”). User-Generated Content is posted at your own risk. We cannot guarantee User-Generated Content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. You understand that, even after removal, copies of User-Generated Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages and may have been copied or stored by internet archives and other users. We may make User-Generated Content available to other users of the Site (as applicable and at our sole discretion) and will use and disclose User-Generated Content for the purpose for which it was provided.
Data Automatically Collected
IP Addresses, Cookies & Similar Tracking Technologies. When you use the Site, we and our Site vendors use various technologies such as cookies (i.e., small pieces of data stored on your device’s hard drive by your browser), web beacons, pixel tags, and other similar technologies to automatically collect internet protocol addresses assigned to the computers and other devices you use, your internet service provider, device ID number, approximate geographic location, browser type, Site pages visited, websites you access before and after visiting the Site, and data related to how and when you use the Site (e.g., date and time stamps, clickstream data, and data about search terms and websites that direct you to the Site). We may combine this Collected Data with other Collected Data (including Personal Data) and data obtained from third parties.
The Site may use session, persistent, and flash cookies (local stored objects) to collect and store data about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on our Site. Session cookies are used to complete transactions and for other purposes such as counting visits to certain webpages. Session cookies are eliminated when you exit your browser. Persistent cookies may be stored on your computer by your browser. When you log in, persistent cookies tell us whether you’ve visited the Site before or if you’re a new visitor.
Flash cookies are different from browser cookies because of the amounts and types of data collected and the manner the data is stored. Cookie management tools provided by your browser will not remove and cannot be used to manage Flash cookies. To learn about how you can manage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe’s website here.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies. You can disable this function but disabling cookies may impact your use and enjoyment of the Site.
Due to the automatic collection of data using cookies, we do not honor “do not track” requests.
Location Information. Beyond approximate geographic location data, we may, with your consent, access more specific location data to enhance your user experience and increase the usefulness of the Site. This includes both geographical location data that you input using the Site (e.g., when you enter your zip code, city, or physical address) and, as applicable, geographical location data collected by device-based location services (including GPS data). You may grant the Site access to your location when prompted or through your device’s location services settings.
The Site uses Google Maps API(s) to facilitate this location data. Pursuant to the Google Maps APIs Terms of Service, use of those features is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. For information on how Google categorizes location information, please visit Types of location data used by Google. Both the Google Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy are incorporated into this Privacy Policy by this reference.
Analytics. We may occasionally enable and implement various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, which is an analytics tool provided by Google to collect and process Collected Data consisting of certain telematics about your use of the Site. Google sets and reads cookies to collect such Collected Data and your web browser will automatically send such Collected Data to Google. Google uses this data to provide us with reports that we use to improve the Site’s structure and content.
We may occasionally enable and implement additional add-on services to Google Analytics, such as Demographics and Interest Reporting. Demographics and Interest Reporting uses cookies to collect data about our Site traffic by tracking users across websites and across time to provide us with analytics on our user base.
For more data on how Google uses data, visit Google’s Policy and Google’s page on “How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps.” You may download and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for each web browser you use. Using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on does not prevent the use of other analytics tools. For more data about Google Analytics cookies, visit Google Analytics Cookie Usage on Websites.
Online Behavioral Advertising. We may occasionally use advertising networks and services provided by third-party vendors. These services collect certain data related to your interactions with the Site and other websites across the internet and use such data to target personal content and advertisements for goods and services. The data collected may be associated with your Personal Data. The targeted content and advertisements may appear on the Site and on other websites and may be sent to you via email. Advertising networks often gather data about consumers who view advertisements to make inferences about a consumer’s interests and preferences, which enables their computers to deliver advertisements directly targeted to the consumer’s specific interests. This practice is often referred to as “online behavioral advertising.”
For example, we may use Google Ads to serve ads on our behalf across the internet and on the Site. Google uses cookies and other similar technologies to collect data about your visits to the Site and your interaction with our products and services to generate targeted advertisements to you on other websites that you visit across the internet. To opt out of remarketing advertising provided through Google, to customize your ad preferences, or to limit Google’s collection or use of such data, visit Google’s Safety Center and Google’s Ad Settings and follow Google’s personalized ad opt-out instructions. Opting out will not affect your use of the Site.
To change your preferences with respect to certain online ads and to obtain more data about third-party ad networks and online behavioral advertising, please visit the National Advertising Initiative Consumer opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program. Please remember that changing your settings with individual browsers or ad networks will not necessarily carry over to other browsers or ad networks. As a result, depending on the opt-outs you request, you may still see our ads from time to time.
Social Media. We are active on social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Yelp, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, and Pinterest (“Social Media”). You have the opportunity to comment on Social Media regarding Sign Sentiments and the programs, products and services we offer. Any content you post on Social Media will be treated as non-confidential information. We may post (or re-post) on the Site and our Social Media pages any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages.
The Site allows you to connect to and share information with various Social Media. These features may require us to implement cookies, plug-ins, and APIs provided by such Social Media to facilitate those communications and features.
Anything you post on Social Media is public information.
YOU AGREE TO HOLD INCREMENTAL RESOURCES LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES HARMLESS AND WITHOUT LIABILITY FOR THE RESULTS OF ANY AND ALL CONTENT YOU POST ON SIGN SENTIMENTS SOCIAL MEDIA.
Your use of Social Media and the collection, use, and sharing of Personal Data is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third parties that own and operate those sites and NOT by this Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Social Media providers.
The Site may also use the advertising services and networks offered by Social Media to deliver advertising content. Use of these services requires Social Media to implement cookies or pixel tags to deliver ads to you while you are accessing the Site.
Data from Other Sources. We obtain data about individuals from various third-party companies and public sources and we may combine this data with Personal Data or other Collected Data. This enhances our existing data about our users and customers (e.g., adding address data) and improves our ability to contact you and our marketing’s relevancy.
