ORDERING AND CONFIRMATION
Once we have completed your Design Consultation, an invoice will be issued and sent to your email address. Our pricing includes rental fees, delivery, set-up, and retrieval of your Yard Display.
PAYMENT. Payment is due at time of booking and payment must clear at least 24 hours prior to installation.
METHOD OF PAYMENT. Sign Sentiments invoices directly from our Quickbooks Online account. Through the Quickbooks App, you can use your credit card, debit card, or bank transfer to issue payment. Should you prefer, we also accept Paypal and Zelle payments (please ask your design consultant for more details).
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION. Once we receive your payment, we will confirm your reservation and placement on our installation schedule.
AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
When ordering a Yard Display from Sign Sentiments, your invoice will reference the following policies & procedures. Payment of your invoice is considered a binding agreement and acceptance of the following:
SCHEDULING. Installation and Removal Scheduling as shown on the invoice represents approximate timeframes and may be amended to accommodate installer’s schedule along with your event.
WEATHER CONDITIONS. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule the installation or retrieval of the Yard Display in the event of wind, lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that threaten the safety of our installer or the ability to secure and stabilize the display properly. In the event of inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the display a refund will be issued.
If weather conditions force the early removal of the Yard Display to ensure the safety of others and protect against property damage, a refund will not be issued. If inclement weather is expected, we will be happy to reschedule the display to allow for you to enjoy a full rental period.
CANCELLATION. If you must cancel, we will require a 48-hour advance notice of cancellation for a full refund. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund but may credit payment towards a future display within one-year.
We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed.
Please double check your invoice and read the details carefully, we need your help to assure that errors do not occur during the design consultation. We will not refund due to errors that are not identified on the invoice that is paid.
No refund will be given if we cannot access the yard due to an animal.
No refund will be given if we cannot access a gated community, or the wrong address is given.
GROUND ABNORMALITIES. Safety is our priority. Displays must be able to be secured and stabilized in the ground, which relies on our ability to penetrate the ground substantially with stakes to support the display’s graphics and lettering. If we are unable to secure and stabilize the display, the installer may terminate the installation to assure the safety of all concerned without recourse. If the installer has stands available on site, the installer may, at their sole discretion, chose to build the display using the stands. Use of the stands will result in design changes to accommodate building the display. You will not be charged for stand rental; however, refunds will not be issued due to design changes or reduction of graphics.
We pride ourselves on the successful delivery of your Yard Card Sentiment. Your assistance is needed to assure this success. Please make the necessary arrangements with a member of the household to:
Water the grass on day of delivery to allow for damage free placement of the Yard Display.
Remove all pet waste from the display area. Excessive pet or animal waste will force the cancellation of the Yard Display installation and no refund will be issued.
Turn off the sprinkler systems at the site during the display installation window.
Cancel yard services during the duration of the Yard Display rental to prevent damage to the display.
All elements of the Yard Display remain the property of Sign Sentiments. The display has been rented for a period not to exceed the timeframe set forth on the invoice. The Yard Display is not to be removed or moved without our consent. You are responsible for replacement of graphic or letter elements, stakes, and stands at a full replacement value.
During the Yard Display Rental Period:
Do not attach balloons or apply tape to any elements of the Yard Display as they will damage the display and jeopardize the stability of the display. Balloon stakes are available upon request.
Sign Sentiments is not responsible for any damage to person or personal property during installation, rental period, or removal and retrieval of the Yard Display.
